The Marching of Time

Summer is here. Americans are still missing in Iraq. The 10th anniversary of the disappearance of Kirk von Ackermann is approaching.

What to do about it?

As everyone now knows from all of the press coverage from the Edward Snowden disclosures, the NSA has been recording the phone conversations of American citizens when one of the parties is outside the United States.

If the NSA really wanted to be the good guys, they would put some effort in to solving Kirk von Ackermann's disappearance.

All the NSA have to do is to listen to and analyze two audio recordings:

1. The voice message Kirk von Ackermann left his wife on their home answering machine on October 8, 2003

2. The phone call ostensibly made by Kirk von Ackermann from his satellite phone to another Ultra Services employee's cell phone on October 9, 2003

Either the voices match and both calls were made by Kirk von Ackermann or the voices do not match and an impostor placed the call for help.

It continues to be my belief that an impostor made that second phone call.
